Shipping:

All badges are shipped in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Badges are usually shipped within 48 hours of your order being placed. 

You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been posted. 

At this stage you will also be provided with the tracking number if you have selected a tracked option.

Returns:

Returns are only accepted if an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.  

Before a refund is processed you will be required to return the faulty / damaged item.
