How are products sent & How long does that take?

All products are shipped in the UK via Royal Mail, These are usually shipped within 48 hours of your order, However we will drop you an email to let you know when its in the postbox!

Don't forget if we post your item on a Sunday add an extra day as Royal Mail don't always collect on a Sunday.

If you do ever have an issue with one of our badges, then get in touch and we will get that resolved for you just as soon as possible. We are available via Facebook messenger for the fastest response or if not drop us an email  support@ukrailwaybadges.co.uk.

What material are the badges made from?

The badges are all custom printed premium enamel this should mean that they are nice and hard wearing.

What clip does the badge have on the back?

This differs depending on the badge, Please go and have a look through all of the available photos before you purchase,  We often put even more pictures on our Facebook page.

When are you making the train that I want as a badge?

We are always looking for our next badge, Why not drop us a message on Facebook or join in one of our Polls so as we can get ideas as to what we will be producing next!

The badge says out of stock, How can I get one?

We are really really sorry but our badges are usually quite popular, And we are a very exclusive affair so only print a limited batch, If it says out of stock chances are that that will be it, However keep tabs on our Facebook page for the latest updates.

I don't have PayPal how can I get a badge?

Don't worry, you don't actually have to have a PayPal account to buy a badge, PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards, along with prepayment cards, So even if you don't sign up for an account you can still order one of our lovely badges.
